”She can be herself around all of this serious madness that’s going on. I mean, most people would just remove themselves from the situation. A lot of people say that you have a story about this really weak girl who is obsessed with this really strong, perfect, ideal man. But that’s so not the case. She’s tormented by them. And the fact that she subjects herself to it because of the way she feels really says something about her. And the same goes for Edward and Jacob. I think the only reason she seems sort of the “damsel in distress” is because it’s being told from her perspective. I think if you were to read Edward’s “Twilight” it would probably be just as desperate.” -Kristen Stewart
